To help you get the answer to some of the most common questions we are asked we have compiled the following list of frequently asked questions. If there is anything you are still unsure of or if you would prefer to talk to someone in person then please give our ticket office a call.

  • How many people are included in a family ticket?

    Our family ticket offers savings for small groups consisting of two adults and two children. 

  • How much are the tickets?

    The ticket prices for all our Cinderella shows taking place at the Magnum are as follows:-

    Adult Ticket £12
    Child Ticket £8
    Family Ticket (2 Adults, 2 Children) £35

     

  • Where can I buy tickets?

    Tickets are on sale here on this website. If you have a PayPal account or a debit or credit card you can order the number of tickets you require and provide details of where you would like to be seated.

    You can also call our ticket office on 01294 315051 to buy tickets over the phone.

    Alterntatively you can reserve tickets for our shows by email or social media. However due to the demand of ticket sales reservations can only be held for 48 hours without payment before being released back on sale.

  • Is there a booking fee?

    Yes, a booking fee is required to cover the administration costs associated with reservations.

    The good news however is that unlike most ticketed events we do not apply the fee per ticket, but rather a single fee is applied for your entire reservation.

    The booking fee for parties up to 5 people is only £2 per transaction, £5 for for parties up to 15 people and £10 for large group bookings.

  • Can I reserve tickets without payment?

    Yes, you can reserve tickets for up to 48 hours without making any payment. After this time you must pay for your tickets in full. 

    Unfortunately due to the demand for tickets should payment not be received within this time period your tickets will no longer be held.

  • Where are the shows taking place?

    Our production of Cinderella is being held in The Magnum Theatre. The address of this venue along with a link to a Google map is included below.

  • Where is the ticket office?

    We are using a local marketing & PR company called Nexus to manage our ticket sales. Tickets can be purchased and collected from their offices.

    These offices are located next door to Iceland within Irvine town center. Between the Iceland and the old Coop shop at the double wooden doors.

    Please note that these offices are located on the 2nd floor of this building at that these offices are accessed using stairs. If you have any accessibility requirements please just contact us to make alternative arrangements.

  • Are you having a relaxed performance?

    Right from the start of our planning for this production we have spoken about and planned to have a relaxed performance of Cinderella. This would benefit people with an Autism Spectrum Condition, sensory and communication disorders, or a learning disability.

    The relaxed performance offers reduced noise, movement and some changes to the lighting and sound effects within the show.

    Before advertising a relaxed performance it's important to understand the demand for this show. So if you would like to attend one of our productions and would benefit from a relaxed production please contact our ticket office. Given suitable demand we will happily proceed with the relaxed show.
